Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is set to make its move down the street into the Park District development on Thursday, July 16.
Perry’s Uptown, located at 2000 McKinney Ave., will celebrate its final dinner service on Saturday, July 11 in preparation for its relocation. Then, Perry’s Park District will open its doors to the public at 2100 Olive Street with dinner beginning at 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 16. The new restaurant will adhere to all federal, state and local guidelines, in addition to implementing its enhanced sanitation standards and processes.
Perry’s Park District will occupy the two-story space below the Residences at Park District at the corner of Woodall Rodgers Freeway and Olive Street, with expansive views of Klyde Warren Park and Downtown Dallas.
Designed in partnership with renowned restaurant architect Aria Group Architects, the new 12,900-square-foot restaurant will feature Perry’s beautiful new look and feel. On the first floor, patrons will enjoy Bar 79 complete with a spectacular island bar that opens to the spacious patio area with fireplaces, seating and semi-private areas. Located up the stunning staircase wrapping the two-story wine tower, guests will find an expansive main dining room offering seating for 300 with views of Klyde Warren Park, Downtown Dallas, and the kitchen as well as four private dining rooms perfect for any occasion. Luxurious booths fill the main dining room, and glass light fixtures and other distinctive textures create a bright, welcoming environment.
Park District is a two-tower, mixed-use development positioned at the heart of Downtown Dallas, the Arts District, and Uptown. It boasts more than 900,000-square-feet of premier Class A office space, restaurants and luxury residences at the doorstep of Klyde Warren Park. Curbside Pick-Up and Online Market
Perry’s curbside pick-up is available every day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Lunch and dinner specials are available, including Perry’s iconic Pork Chop Lunch for $16 on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The three-course Sunday Supper is also offered To-Go Sundays from 4 – 9 p.m. for $39. Social distancing social hour, cocktail kits and specials on Perry’s Reserve Wines are also available to-go.
In addition, with Perry’s Steakhouse Online Market, guests can now get Perry’s Famous Pork Chop shipped directly to their home. The pork chop ships fully cooked and frozen with ice packs, and includes steak butter and instructions on how to heat.
Operating hours for the restaurant will remain the same: Monday through Thursday from 4-10 p.m., Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Bar 79 open until 11 p.m.), Saturday from 4-10 p.m. (Bar 79 open until 11 p.m.) and Sunday from 4-9 p.m. Perry’s Park District will offer to-go daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The restaurant’s phone number will also stay the same: 214.855.5151.
