Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille has earned a faithful following by perfecting prime since it began as a butcher shop in Texas in 1979. Perry’s has grown into a renowned group of award-winning restaurants, receiving more than 25 awards in 2018 alone. Located up the spiral staircase, guests will find an expansive main dining room with seating for 300 as well as a wine tower and view of the kitchen, and private dining space will be available on both levels.

La Madeleine
La Madeleine, a Dallas-based brand founded in 1983, operates 22 bakeries in DFW. The Park District bakery offers an all new experience for those familiar with the brand. At 2,500 square feet, the brand is debuting a smaller format experience readily designed to serve the downtown community seeking high-quality, unique fresh food with the conveniences that their limited time demands. Park District guests and residents can also enjoy la Madeleine’s expanded coffee and espresso program.
